However, the diverse nature of these building types poses challenges due to varying statutory and fire safety requirements. The coexistence of industrial and commercial buildings on the same site necessitates careful consideration for master layout planning.<br>Furthermore, the project faces the contrasting needs of retail and data center facilities. While retail spaces aim to be attractive and easily accessible to draw people in, data centers require a more discreet and secure environment, with a lower profile. Balancing these divergent requirements adds an extra layer of complexity to the project.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"alfk_box_right sh_1328 text\">\n        <div class=\"alfk_box_top\">\n            <p><strong>Project Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <br>\n        <div class=\"alfk_box_top\">\n            <p>To address the complexities of this project, we leverage our extensive experience with each building type and have a comprehensive understanding of the associated constraints. Through early collaboration and engagement with government departments, we proactively seek to explore potential relaxation of certain statutory requirements. Our vision goes beyond constructing a conventional standalone data center and office tower on top of a retail podium. Instead, we aspire to create a vibrant and harmonious life-work integrated hub that serves as a central gathering place for the Tung Chung East community.<br>The Hub has been carefully designed with an optimal configuration of data center, office, and retail facilities, offering flexibility and future-proofing capabilities. We incorporate sustainable and green design principles to ensure environmental friendliness throughout the development. Furthermore, the Hub&#8217;s strategic connection to the upcoming Tung Chung East MTR station will greatly benefit residential development in the surrounding area.
