The residential development includes 2 luxurious residential towers and 56 nos. of deluxe villas nestled against the undulating hillside of Kau To Shan. This development has a total GFA of 30,036 sq.m. The towers and houses are arranged in the orientation facing the Tolo Harbour, residents enjoy a panoramic view of the Shatin Racecourse and the prestigious scenery of Kau To Shan. A basement carpark and a podium of recreational facilities are provided for the exclusive use of the residents.

Project solutions
The planning of the development intends to merge the building with the surrounding natural landscape of Kau To Shan in harmony. The villas are arranged in stepped levels to follow the sloping topography. With the stepped profile, all residents can enjoy an unobstructed infinite views of Kau To Shan. The carpark is located at the basement to maximize open space and greenery on pedestrian level. All vehicular traffic are relocated underground, the segregation creates a pedestrian friendly environment on ground.
Located atop of a hill site overlooking the Shatin Racecourse with unparalleled panoramic views over the surrounding mountain range and Tolo Harbour, the Calvaridge spawns spontaneously with the curvature of Kau To Shan Hill.
