The sequence and timing of common facilities construction, the associated statutory submissions and interfacing treatments shall be thoughtfully coordinated and become core of the project.<br>Furthermore, In One sites atop the existing Ho Man Tin Station and partly sites on the sloping ground along Chung Hau Street, particular attention shall be paid during the substructure works to avoid affecting the daily operation of Ho Man Tin Station.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"alfk_box_right sh_1328 text\">\n        <div class=\"alfk_box_top\">\n            <p><strong>Project solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <br>\n        <div class=\"alfk_box_top\">\n            <p>Interfacing coordination with the consultant team of the adjoining development is crucial. The interfacing dialogue has begun at the early design stage to coordinate and compromise on statutory submissions as both phases share the total development potential.
