text project_title_text_full_width\">\n      <div class=\"content\">\n        <p>The development originally consists only 6 lots at 342-354 Un Chau Street, which the last lot at 356 Un Chau Street was only successfully acquired during the superstructure construction stage of the development.<\/p><p>Modification of layout to utilize the GFA gained from the last lot while minimizing abortive works is one of the key challenge of the project.<\/p><p>To maintain a seamless construction programme without site idling, consent for concurrent construction of different types of works within the combined
