Emperor Hotel
Within the pulsating heartbeat of Causeway Bay, a captivating architectural gem emerges, gracefully embracing the challenge of a narrow site. This visionary project presents a splendid four-star hotel thoughtfully crafted for cosmopolitan explorers. Seamlessly weaving contemporary design with the rhythm of the dynamic city, the hotel’s modern facade stands as a testament to architectural innovation. Comprising approximately 300 stylish rooms, it caters to the discerning tastes of urban travelers. Reverence for the adjacent mosque temple resonates throughout the design and construction, fostering a harmonious coexistence. From the fusion of indoor and outdoor spaces to the enchanting amenities, this haven celebrates the spirit of modernity.
Student Hostels in Area 39
The project will provide close to 700 bed-spaces for one of the top universities in Hong Kong. As a nurturing ground where students can explore their aspirations and potentials, the idea behind this unique learning and accommodation complex is that students are able to rest, play, study, experience, interact and grow in a village like setting where leisure and learning will both form an integral part of their personal development process.
Kings Wing 1 & 2
Stretching an entire station length across the Shek Mun MTR station, this pair of mega size and prestige retail and office establishments will create a new cultural and commercial centre for the district. With prominent and diagonal dissecting lines visually dividing the enveloping glass walls into multiple planes, like a crystal, the façades of both towers are deliberated to celebrate the chic and elegance of a new city centre.
MEGA CUBE
A perfect example of where creativity meets style. Transformed from a marvelous old industrial loft in an ex-industrial neighbourhood, Mega Cube embraces the idea of thinking outside the boxes as its design motif, cleverly integrating modern workspace with old brickworks, reminiscent of the building’s glittering past.
ONE & TWO HARBOUR SQUARE
Awarded LEED Gold Certification rating and located in the very center of one of the fast growing ex-industrial district in East Kowloon, this prime twin-tower office development is a popular choice for modern businesses entrepreneurs. To highlight this forward leap from an obsolete urban context, the façade treatment emphasizes strongly on the building’s clean verticality and interlocking volumes.
